Hello Andrés,

No, in short, it is not possible at present to model many fibers (by the way, modelled through restricted diffusion via Cylinders, and not Tensors).

We intend to produce a more versatile model soon, which would cater for this sort of problem, but that would be a few months away.

Subject: [Camino-users] Fitting analytic models (choosing number of restricted compartments)

Hello, I'd like to ask a question about data fitting and data synthesis using analytic models.

Is it possible to fit the data specifying the number N of restricted compartments?. For example, the CHARMED model that in Camino is codified as "Tensor GDRCylinders". Let's say I want to fit a single hindered compartment (Cylinders) and two restricted diffusion ones (Tensor) in order to account for crossing fibers . Is it possible to do it?

Thanks in advance. Regards.

Andrés M.
