[Camino-users] starting tractography from GM/WM boundary voxels

Dear Camino users,

I was wondering if anyone has used FAST segmentation (or any other 
method) to initiate the probabilistic tractography from the voxels on the
grey–white matter interface only ... I was wondering how one decides on 
a threshold of which voxels to include or not as a seed based on the the 
segmentation outputs?
