[Camino-users] Probabilistic tractography and graph theory analysis

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone has done graph theory analysis on 
probabilistic tractography results or knows any articles on this topic? 
My question is do I have to normalize for the number of iterations and 
volume of ROIs? I've used a 1000 iteration Bayesian tractography seeding 
from WM/GM boundary voxels and then used 90 AAL ROIs to get the 
connectivity matrix.
