Following issue is resolved. It is a typo in the input arguments when running the sfpeaks command order is indicated as "6" instead of "4".
Issue is now resolved and able to see good results for both order 4 and order 6 using sfpeaks.
Thanks,
Prasanna

Subject: [Camino-users] Error using sfPeaks
Hi,
We are trying to use the qball reconstruction with spherical harmonics order 4 as indicated in the tutorial for squirrel monkey data set whose scheme file is as attached. Its dimensions are 128X192X96.
Following are the commands
#qballmx -schemefile data1.scheme -basistype sh -order 4 > qballMatrix_data1_SH4.Bdouble
#linrecon dwi_data1.Bfloat data1.scheme qballMatrix_data1_SH4.Bdouble -normalize -bgmask brain_mask.nii.gz > dwi_ODF_data1_SH4.Bdouble
#sfpeaks -inputmodel sh -order 6 -numpds 3 -searchradius 0.8 -pointset 2 < dwi_ODF_data1_SH4.Bdouble > dwi_ODF_data1_SH4_PDs.Bdouble
Attached is the error message. Can you please assist.
Thanks,
Prasanna
