[Camino-users] New conmat features / tutorial

Hi,

I just pushed a couple of new features to conmat:

1. You can now use CSV files for the target names

2. You can select regions to use by passing a target name file with only the labels you care about 

I updated the conmat tutorial and added labels for the Camino example data set, so you can run the commands
