Dear Camino experts,
Hello,
I am very new to Camino toolkit, and now working on the mesh cylinders with
varying amplitudes of undulation introduced in the tutorial
(http://cmic.cs.ucl.ac.uk/camino//index.php?n=Tutorials.MCMeshSimulation).
I have three questions. Answers or clues to any of these three is highly
appreciated.
1. The downloaded PLY file contained cylinders with undulation ranging from
1 to 5 micrometer, but no "0 micrometer"(straight cylinder) could be found.
Is it just the same as "cyl12" given in the previous section (section 3.1)
on the same tutorial ?
2. Is the internal capacity, or volume, of the cylinders constant among
different amplitudes of undulation (in this case, 3*3*pi*25 cubic
micrometer) ?
3. Is there any easy way to modify the degree of undulation, into 1.5
micrometer for example ?
After very preliminary experiment with simulation, I found that 5
micrometer of undulation might be too strong for my assumptions, and I want
to check correlation with diffusion metrics in a smaller range of
undulation, like [0, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, 3.0] micrometer.
Many thanks in advance.
Sincerely,
Kouhei Kamiya
