[Camino-users] hacking the geometry of gamma distribution, read from file instead?

hi,
is there a way to read in my own radii and x/y location of axons? i'd like to take the "cylfile" and do some editing to create some empty space, selectively. i figure that at some point the java code (I don't know java unfortunately) must return a structure of radii and locations for the MC simulation to proceed. if i can intervene and have it read from disk to create the data structure, that'd be great. i'd also like to tinker with the permeability of a given set of geometries and keep the radii/location fixed, so being able to read the geometry off disk would facilitate that.
best,
-robert
