Hello, I'd like to ask a question about synthesis using Monte-Carlo diffusion simulator.

Reading the code, I found the MyelinatedCylinder class in camino/simulation/geometry/elements. 
So is it possible to simulate such type of substrate or still not? And if yes, how could I do it? Do you have any published information where you perform experiments with it?
Effectively, I did not find any corresponding option in the datasynth command description or anywhere in the support material but I would like to be sure.
