[Camino-users] Does conmat count fibers like DSI studio?

Hi,

I assume that conmat counts fibers only the labeled region closest to the
seed.
But I would like to acquire the connectivity matrix calculated by
accounting the number of tracts that pass two ROIs like DSI studio.
Are there any option to do that?
