Hmm, that does look like it should work. If you don't have the latest Camino, try updating by getting the latest source with git:

  git clone git://git.code.sf.net/p/camino/code camino

You might also try this:

  fa -inputfile dt_restore.Bdouble -header data.nii.gz -outputfile fa_restore.nii.gz
