[Camino-users] tractography results in nii format

Hi,

You can export the result to a NIFTI heat map using procstreamlines. The most flexible way to do this is

track <options> | procstreamlines <options> -outputacm -outputroot myACM_

This merges all the input streamlines into a nifti image, whose intensity is the number of streamlines intersecting the voxel.
