If all you need is to compare the signal from inside a cylinder you should not use the mesh. use a cylinder sybstrate with -initial intra.

Thanks for your help.
I would like to test the simulated signal inside the cylinder compared to the analytical signal before moving to the complex geometry. So that why I need to use ply mesh.
