[Camino-users] Reproducibility of the ActiveAx simulations

Dear all, 

Thank you for providing tutorials and data for the ActiveAx Monte Carlo simulations. 
At the moment, I am running the simulations for Lamantia and Aboitiz distributions, however the intra-axonal fractions that I obtain in the log files are considerable lower (e.g. instead of ∼0.743 and 0.666, ∼0.498 and 0.446) 
Could you please explain me what may be the reason for this?
