[Camino-users] Changing the orientation of cylinders.

Hi Lekshmi,

if you want the signal of a single fibre bundle that is not aligned with
the z-axis but e.g. rotated by 10° around the x-axis, then you rotate
your b-vectors -10° around the x-axis, simulate the signal with these
b-vectors and then use the simulated signal with the original (not
rotated) b-vectors.
