Hi Matt,

Thanks for your reply! Indeed, digging into the code I found some remnants
of a "phaseWriter" in AgnosticScan.java", which has been commented. I could
bring it back to life quite easily, this looks good!

Thanks for your help -- I may contact you directly with more questions not
to pollute the list.
