[Camino-users] simulating cylinders which contain smaller cylinders

Hi everyone,I'm new in Camino. I did a simulation which is quite similar to ActiveAx simulation code. The question is that how can I make a simulation of cylinders which contain smaller cylinders?
 datasynth -walkers 160000 -tmax 125000 -p 0.0 -initial intra -substrate cylinder -cylinderrad 0.25e-06 -cylindersep 1.05e-06 -voxels 1 -increments 1 -separateruns -latticesize 0.75e-06 -schemefile ActiveAxG140_PM.scheme1 -diffusivity 2.5e-10 -substrateinfo -cylfile 10n.csv > 10n.Bfloat
