There's two options for generating the streamlines, I can't recall which one was used to make the figure. The probabilistic tracking will vary run to run because of random sampling.

Also, it looks like your heatmap has different row ordering and color key. You can try adding Rowv=TRUE, Colv=TRUE, dendrogram = "none", to make them look more similar, but I'm sorry I don't know the exact command that was used.

Dear all,

I tried replicating the analysis steps using camino as stated in: Camino | Connectivity Matrices (ucl.ac.uk)<http://camino.cs.ucl.ac.uk/index.php?n=Tutorials.ConnectivityMatrices>

However, the final connectivity matrix looked different from the one I got. I used the same sample data and steps.

Please what do you think I might be missing.
