[dmritool-discussion] Peak finding application

Hi Nagesh,

Peak finding and visualization are two things in my to-do list of dmritool.
I used a simple gradient descent to find peaks of spherical functions
(ODF, or EAP profile, or others). It is in my old codes. I need to take
time to rewrite it using ITK for dmritool. I will be released with NNSD
in the next version.
