Hi,

DMRITool v0.1.1 is now released.

DMRITool is a free and open source toolbox for diffusion MRI data
processing. It is written using ITK in C++ with matlab interface.

With DMRITool, you can

* perform reconstruction/estimation of diffusion data, including
diffusion weighted signal, ensemble average propagator (EAP),
orientation distribution function (ODF), and some meaningful scalar
maps, etc. See the tutorial

* perform diffusion MRI data simulation. See the tutorial

* visualize spherical function field (e.g. ODF field, EAP profile field).
