I have some old codes for this task, however I did not find time to
rewrite and import it into dmritool. I will do it when I have time. I
will inform you when it is done.

No, I have not worked for DWI registration.
If you transform the DWI data, which method you want to use? In my
opinion, you can not treat DWI data as a simple vector-valued data
without considering a diffusion model.
It is possible to fit the data using SPF model, then perform
registration on SPF model. But I currently have no time to do this.
