Dear Developers,

We are currently using the ISC Toolbox to conduct time-windowed correlation analysis. We intend to use the ISC time-windowed correlation maps for GLM analysis with continuous behavioural ratings using FSL, however we are unable to locate the 4D correlation maps in the data output. The simple ISC analysis produces correlation maps and stat maps, but the time windowed analysis only seems to produce stat maps. We have run the analysis on multiple computers and matlab versions but the problem persists. Can you advise?

Best wishes,
Guido Orgs
