[Isc-toolbox-commits] Different ISC results of the same data

I run ISC analysis based on the same subjects data, but the results are
different. When visualizing results, statistical threshold is different, so
I guess the difference may result from permutation test. However, which
results should I choose?

And can I use the first file in ISCststmapBand0Session1.mat(refer to mean
Fisher) devide the second file(refer to std Fisher)/sqrt(N(N-1)/2)(N is the
number of subjects) in it to get a t map? Attachments are screenshots when
visualizing ISC results.
