Hi Maarten,
I have attached some code for a command that may help you out. It will export a mrtrix tck file to a series of ascii files (one per track).
Just place this file in the cmd directory and rebuild.

I am looking for a way to export the data from a tractography file (from the streamtrack function) to other applications (preferably MATLAB). Can I find the file type specification somewhere, or is there some kind of export tool available already?
