Hi Donald
We are trying to use MRtrix on a mouse brain, and we already get some
really nice tractograms out of it!
Now, I have two questions:
1) Looking at the orientation plot, the dumbbells are a lot larger than
for a human brain - it looks very pretty (see attachment; can you see
the vampire's fangs?)
How would I fix this scaling problem, to actually see the directions?
2) For the tractography, we have to adjust step size, minimum tract
length and curvature radius. Is it possible to have these parameters in
a config file? Or is it better to change the default parameters in the
streamtrack code?
Cheers
Kerstin
