[Mrtrix-discussion] MRtrix Version 0.2.9 released

I just finished uploading the win32 version of the 0.2.9 release.

 

Some important remarks:

-          Before installing the new version, uninstall previous versions and dependencies.

-          The required dependencies are now bundled with the main mrtrix package, so a separate install of the dependencies is no longer required.

MRtrix version 0.2.9 is now available for download. This is a minor release, with the main changes being the following:

 

- added overlay feature to MRView

- fix some issues in handling of GE DICOM data

- performance improvements for tracks2prob
