[Mrtrix-discussion] use of -mask with streamtrack

Hi,

I'm using streamtrack to do whole-brain tracking and finding that, when 
using the -mask option, tracks terminate just beyond the mask, whereas 
I'd expect them to finish inside the mask. Is this the expected behaviour?
