[Mrtrix-discussion] Question on fiber tracking

Thank you Donald, that definitely helps.

One more ? ... the orientation overlay plots look beautiful, but it
would be nice if the plots could be displayed in a more spaced out
manner (i.e. every other or 3rd mr voxel gets a glyph). Otherwise, it
is difficult to identify anything other than the primary fiber
orientation. Is there a way to do this?
