Hi Jay,
You can do it with the "tracks2prob" command line.
You can specify the voxel size of the TDI map either by using the
"-template" option (if you have a template image of the size you want), or
by using the "-vox" option (in this case, it will work out the dimensions,
FOV, etc, based on the tck file).
Be careful with your choice of voxel dimensions because the TDI file size
can be huge if you choose very small voxels (and then you may not be able to
load the file in mrview, depending on your computer specs).
