[Mrtrix-discussion] location of mrtrix.conf file

Hi Bonnie,
The mrtrix.conf file is not created by the install process, so it just won't
exist unless you specifically create it yourself. In your case, you can do
this by copy/pasting the following command line into a terminal:
echo "NumberOfThreads: 4" > ~/.mrtrix.conf
You can also use any text editor to do the same job if you feel more
comfortable with that.
