If you used bidirectional tracking, the default, there is no indication in the tck file which coordinate is the seed.
 
You can define the seed coordinate for each streamline by giving the (x,y,z,radius) argument to -seed. But you would have to run one copy of streamtrack for every seed point.
 
I wanted the same output as you and with Donald's suggestions I was able to modify the streamtrack code to print out the seed locations to the console. I can send you the modified source code/binary if you want.
 
Besides, how could I ensure that the random seeds starting from each voxel
in the seed mask?

I'm not sure what you mean by this question. The seed points are chosen at random from the seed mask and all starting points of the streamlines will be inside the mask.
