Hi Yong,

Currently this is not possible. It might be available as part of exploreDTI,
but I'm not sure. As to whether it'll be part of a future release of MRtrix:
if there's enough demand for it, possibly. It's just a matter of finding the
time to code it up within MRtrix. If anyone wants to give it a try, they're
more than welcome, I'm open to contributions... :)
