[Mrtrix-discussion] streamtrack and whole brain tractography

Hi.

I was trying to do whole brain tractography using streamtrack. I am using
the following command:

streamtrack DT_STREAM DWI.img –grad encoding.b –seed wm_t.mif –mask
brain_mask.img tracks.tck



Its showing: ‘streamtrack’ is not recognized as an internal or external
command, operable program or batch file. I am using mrtrix-0.2.9-win32.exe.

*What's wrong** in **my command*?
