Hi Yuzhang,
To display tracks you will need to use mrview (not mrconvert). First open a suitable image to overlay your tracts on, then load the .tck file using the tractography sidebar.
More information can be found here: http://www.brain.org.au/software/mrtrix/general/mrview.html
Cheers,
David

Subject: [Mrtrix-discussion] the .tck format
Dear MRtrixers,
I just started to use the MRtrix software and had gone through the pipelines following the instructions from website.
But I didn't know how to deal with the files of .tck. I had tried to open it with mrview, but resulted in error information:
mrconvert: unknown format for image "./cst_csd_001.tck"
mrconvert: error opening image "cst_csd_001.tck"
what can I do with this format? what kind of information does it contain?
thank you very much!
Best wishes!
yuzhang
