[Mrtrix-discussion] How to filter a tracking results

Hello dear all;


I would like the same option as streamtrack (include exclude ...), to 
filter a track file generated
from a white matter seed.
Is there a mrtrix function (or other compatible soft) to do it ?

to compute the streamtrack process for each roi of interest can become 
too much time consuming ...
