[Mrtrix-discussion] Patch for nifti file writing to make fslview not crash

Everyone,

By default mrtrix writes 0 for the size of dimensions above the
dimensionality of an image in a nifti file. This crashes fslview. Here
is a patch that writes 1 for the sizes of dimensions above that of the
images to fix this issue.
