Hi Javier,

I have no experience with MacOSX, so can't really help much. Sounds like
something got messed up with pkg-config - this is a command whose job is
simply to provide the correct settings needed for the compiler to use
various libraries. It's complaining of not finding the config for the
various gtkmm dependencies. This issue is not directly related to MRtrix as
such, you'd need to figure out why the upgrade messed up your install of
gtkmm or pkg-config...

Maybe there are other mac users on this forum who can help out...?
