Dear MRtrix,
Thanks for all the responses, couple of weeks ago I posted an issue while trying to install MRtrix on OS 10.8
I tryied with Macports, Homebrew and also fink. However, all different tries leaded to different errors mainly related with <glib.h>. e.g. #error "Only <glib.h> can be included directly."
At the end, I decided to reinstall Macports but this time I changed all mrtrix-0.2.10 files that were referencing <glib/*.h> to just <glib.h>
The changed files were:
mrtrix.h line 64, 65
select_cmdline.cpp line 27
ptr.h line 26
Now MRtrix and all its commands work fine.
Thanks for the forum feedbacks,
Regards,
