[Mrtrix-discussion] Tracks file format (.tck)

Hi Peter,

There is currently no probabilistic tensor tracking algorithm in MRtrix,
but there is a deterministic FOD-based tracking algorithm (although I would
always recommend the probabilistic version of the algorithm, for reasons
outlined in this
paper<http://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1002/ima.22005/abstract>).
Simply use the SD_STREAM algorithm in streamtrack:
