Hello,
When I convert the track file '*.tck' into '*.vtk' ,the result does  not match with the template .For example ,I open a 'fa.img' data in  3Dslicer ,and then add the '*.vtk' file .I foud they did not match each  other . If I use '-vox' or '-image' when convert '*.tck' file into  '*.vtk' , the result does not match ,too!Thanks in advance for your  reply .
