Hi Joseph

If you download the newest version of MRtrix (0.2.10), there is a new
binary called filter_tracks.
It takes -include and -exclude options just as in streamtrack (these can be
either spherical regions or binary masks), but operates on a pre-generated
track file rather than having to regenerate streamlines every time you want
to define a new region.
