Agreed. I will not use CSD with multi-shell data. However, given that the
tensor model is sufficient for the tract I am interested in (fornix), that
CSF suppression is crucial for this study, and that FLAIR is not working
well for me right now, I will still use this acquisition, as it eliminates
signal from CSF due to its very high ADC. FYI, my imaging protocol also
includes another, single-shell, multi-direction acquisition specifically
for CSD.
