[Mrtrix-discussion] Compiling MRtrix

Hi,

First off, thank you for your work on the MRtrix.

I have followed the instructions posted for compiling MRtrix in linux using
the python build script. Are there instructions or is there a way to
compile the software in a debugging environment? Such as eclipse?
