[Mrtrix-discussion] tracks2vtk: coordinates vtk in reference image and warpings

Dear MRtrix users,

I have some problem when I convert the tck format to vtk. I lose the
coordenates of the reference image. Apparently vtk format does not read the
header info, as nifti. Can I use one tool to keep the orientation of
reference image (T1) to vtk format? Once I have the tck can apply the
warpings through FNIRT tool (FSL) to normalise the tracks in MNI space?
