Hi Arnaud,

Sorry, my mistake, I obviously didn't read your email properly - I though
you were asking about TDI. The commands to do TWI are in our in-house
development version of MRtrix, which we intend to release as the next major
version of MRtrix at some point in the not too distant future. Hopefully it
won't be too long before we can release, although there's still a bit of
work to do on the GUI...

So to answer your original question, you're absolutely right, there is
unfortunately no way to do track-weighted imaging using the current version
of MRtrix.
