[Mrtrix-discussion] mrview 0.2.11 - cannot deselect voxels in ROI analysis

Hi Amanda,

I know this comes a bit late, but I've been asking for confirmation of this
bug from another MacOSX user, and they can't reproduce the bug you
describe. On MacOSX, the expected behaviour should be that Shift+left click
selects voxels, while Cmd+Shift+left click un-selects. Can any other MacOSX
users out there replicate this issue? If not, it'll probably be due to some
bug in your particular version of the GTK libraries, which I really can't
help you with. Maybe try installing the GTK dependencies using another
approach - e.g. use MacPorts rather than HomeBrew, etc. Maybe you also need
to check that all the GTK dependencies (of which there are many!) are up to
date and all come from the same source - you don't want to mix & match
libraries compiled at different times from different versions using
different compilers if you can avoid it...

Also, probably the first thing to check is that this particular key
combination is not already mapped to some other action by MacOSX, in which
case it would be no surprise that it never gets through to MRView...
