[Mrtrix-discussion] introduction to mrtrix

Hello all
I would like to look at the FA properties of the DMN of two clinical groups. I have never used mrtrix or carried out DTI analysis before and was hoping someone could direct me to an introductory manual. Are there steps needed before using mrtrix?
