[Mrtrix-discussion] TDI and DEC Map

Hi Ralf,

The -colour option of tracks2prob should do the trick:
http://www.brain.org.au/software/mrtrix/commands/tracks2prob.html

Just in case this might have been the problem: you have to regenerate the
TDI with that option - you can't just display your existing TDI in colour,
it's a different image altogether.
