Dear Dan,

The latest development version should compile on OS X 10.9.1.

It can be obtained from the subversion repository as explained on: https://code.google.com/p/mrtrix/source/checkout

Dear MRtrix expert,

I have been working with MRtrix-0.2.10 for a while. Now I am trying to install the MRtrix-0.2.11 on a new mac pro (OS X 10.9.1). I have successfully installed the independencies via MacPorts, but got a bunch of errors during compilation. Just list a few here. Can I get your advices that how shall I proceed? Thanks a lot!
