Hi Markus，

    I am a mrtrix user. I have touched you for several times. Recently I am
reverting the process of calculate the CSD. I have simulated a DW data
using DTI method. For example, b0=3000, S0=323, diffusion tensor is
[0.000021 0 0;0 0.000034 0;0 0 0.00069], so we can simulate the diffusion
signal of each b-vector.
    When I calcultate the response function using this data, I found the
result of a voxel is as below: (1)the result of mrtrix: 632.706  -295.359
 71.4767; (2)the result that I use matlab to solve equations is: 1.105
 -1.153  0.1241.
    So I really want to know the error resson of my idea. If you want more
