Dear Ralf,

A version that takes into account all the shells is underway.

In the meanwhile, the latest version (0.2.12) defaults to using the outer shell, so it should process your data fine.

Cheers,
Ben

Subject: [Mrtrix-discussion] B Values

Hello to the MRTrix community,

I have a question about different B-values!
Is there a way to process different b-values?

I have 3 datasets with B= 1000, 2000 and 3000.
Its the same subject and the same session.

Is it possible to take that into account?

Thanks for the help,

Ralf
